It is delicious in salad dressings, gives a nice comforting touch to soups, it balance acidity of tomatoes in tomato sauces and is just amazing in combination with soja sauces for any asian dishes.

 

N°3 Goût Robuste – the dark caramel taste. Our late harvest organic maple syrup Goût Robuste has a deep and complex maple caramel flavor, and is the favorite one for every caramel lover! It is excellent to replace sugar or honey for baking or to caramelize onions, popcorn, nuts, pecans, seeds or even tofu in a natural way.
