Ingredients
500g strawberries
3 Tbsp Happy Maple Goût Riche (up to 5 tbsp if you like it sweeter!)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Method
Cut and prep strawberries, place them in a saucepan over low-medium heat.
When berries start to release their juices and “fall apart” add Happy Maple and leave to simmer for a few minutes.
Add chia seeds, and simmer for 2-5 minutes longer.
Fill mason jar while still hot, close with lid and turn upside down / let cool on the lid.
Enjoy!
