Here is a recipe for coconut & chocolate lovers, gourmets, lazy Sundays, last minute snack lovers, fans of small bites and maple syrup: coconut bites with different flavors. This recipe was concocted by the talented food photographer Elodie @topofthefork for happy maple.
Ingredients (for 10 bounties)
130g grated coconut
80g coconut cream (top of the can)
2 tbsp happy maple, goût riche
cocoa nibs or chocolate chips
spirulina, açaí, matcha, maca powder
200g black chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Pour the coconut powder and cream into a bowl
Add the 2 tbsp of maple syrup
Stir and add the cocoa nibs
Take 1/3 of the dough and add 1/3 tsp of powdered spirulina
Form small balls in the hollow of your thumb and forefinger so that they are all the same size
Repeat with acai powder, jam or plain
Reserve 10min in the freezer
Melt the chocolate with 2 tbsp of coconut oil
With a fork, gently transfer a cookie into the melted chocolate
Sprinkle with nibs or grated coconut
Reserve 20min in the freezer
Serve as fresh!
