Ingredients
1 halloumi
1 spring onions
3 apricots
1 tsp Happy Maple, Goût Riche
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
Preparation
Grill the halloumi in olive oil over medium heat in a grill pan. Add the onion halves and cook briefly.
Core the apricots and cut them into thin slices. Drizzle them with a teaspoon of maple syrup and toast them also to caramelize them.
For the sauce, combine the lemon juice, olive oil and maple syrup, season with salt and pepper.
Arrange everything, sprinkle with sauce and serve. Enjoy your meal :)
