If you're looking for a way to wow and impress, this easy 2 ingredient ice cream is literally bulletproof! Top it with happy maple granola to take it from awesome to unbelievable!
Ingredients
240 ml (1 cup) 35% whipping cream
80 ml (1/3 cup) Happy Maple, Goût Riche
(optional but highly recommended) 1tbsp happy maple granola (for topping)
Preparation
beat cream until it thickens and starts to form peaks (be careful not to overwhip)
pour in happy maple and beat an additional 5-10 seconds until combined
transfer to a tupperware and place it in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours
remove from freezer 5 minutes prior to serving to slightly soften
garnish with happy maple granola and enjoy!
