Our Goût Délicat is a light syrup with a pleasant sweetness and subtle maple note. It is tapped at the beginning of the season and has a light golden hue. Goût Riche is harvested mid-season and is a real allrounder. The amber-colored syrup is characterized by a balanced and creamy maple flavor. The dark Goût Robuste is the most flavorful syrup in the happy maple range with distinct caramel and maple notes. This syrup is produced at the end of the harvest season.
