Mango maple dessert

For Valentine's Day, we tested a quick and exotic recipe: a mango & coconut cream naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Give it a try !


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes

  • 250 ml coconut cream

  • 1 tsp happy maple, goût délicat

  • Crushed pistachios (to garnish)

Preparation

  1. Peel the mangoes, cut them into pieces then mix them to make a very smooth and creamy mango puree.

  2. Whip the coconut cream, add the maple syrup then 1/3 of the mango puree.

  3. Pour the mango puree into a verrine, then the cream on top.

  4. Decorate with crushed pistachios.

  5. Enjoy!
