For Valentine's Day, we tested a quick and exotic recipe: a mango & coconut cream naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Give it a try !
Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes
250 ml coconut cream
1 tsp happy maple, goût délicat
Crushed pistachios (to garnish)
Preparation
Peel the mangoes, cut them into pieces then mix them to make a very smooth and creamy mango puree.
Whip the coconut cream, add the maple syrup then 1/3 of the mango puree.
Pour the mango puree into a verrine, then the cream on top.
Decorate with crushed pistachios.
Enjoy!
