Ingredients
vegetables of choice: carrot, asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, sugar snap, pumpkin, brussels sprouts etc.

happy maple syrup, goût riche
salt
Preparation for the maple glazed vegetables
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Spread the vegetables on a tray with a baking sheet.
Add generously olive oil, maple syrup and salt to the vegetables.
Bake the vegetables until caramelized and tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
