We're celebrating spring with this beautiful Maple Matcha fudge naturally sweetened with Goût Riche and made with the best Matcha from @matchabotanicals 🌿 These little treats are what Matcha and maple dreams are made of !
Ingredients
200g coconut butter
70g cocoa butter
60g maple syrup, happy maple Goût Riche
2 teaspoons Extra-Young Ceremonial Matcha
pinch of salt
optional: chopped roasted almonds
How to
Combine the coconut butter and maple syrup together in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Melt the cacao butter using a double broiler. Sift the Matcha powder into the liquid cacao butter. Mix until smooth. Make sure there are no chunks of matcha.
Pour the Matcha cacao butter mixture into the coconut butter mixture and mix until everything is smooth and combined.
Scoop the fudge into an ice or small cake silicone mould and smooth out. Optionally top with chopped almonds. Place in the fridge to set for about an hour.
Unmould each piece and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
