Impress your kids with these delicious donut-shaped apple pastries, simply made with a thick slice of apple, a dash of cinnamon, some happy maple, wrapped in flaky and sweet puff pastry.Ā Quick and fun to make together with your small ones.
Ingredients for the pastry apple rings
3 apples
happy maple syrup, goƻt riche
1 rectangular pastry rolled out
1 tbsp icing sugar
Method
Preheat the oven to 200Ā°C and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the apples into slices 1 cm thick, removing the center.
Cut the puff pastry into 3 x 6 cm strips.
Wrap each apple slice with strips of dough. Arrange them on the plate.
Brush with maple syrup.
Bake for 25 minutes at 200Ā°C, until the slices are golden brown.
Leave to cool a little and sprinkle with icing sugar.
