Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats, naturally sweetened with maple syrup – a champion breakfast recipe for a perfect start into the day !


Ingredients

  • 65 g dairy-free milk

  • 30 g unsweetened creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tsp Happy Maple Goût Riche

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

  • 90 g rolled oats

  1. Preparation 1. Combine the milk, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla and blend it until smooth 2. Divide the rolled oats between 2 jars 3. Divide the peanut milk between the jars and stir to combine 4. Cover, and refrigerate overnight 5. Enjoy cold the next day. Add peanuts, chocolate chunks or nibs, fresh berries, or any topping you like
