Sweet with a nice maple notes and nutty flavours at the same time, this cappuccino just makes any cold and uncomfortable fall day that much better. You can create this recipe in no time. Prepare your pecan maple paste and store it in the fridge. And whenever you feel like something warm and comforting, you have it at hand.
Ingredients
50g pecan nuts
30g happy maple Goût Riche
2 espresso shots
your favourite milk, something neutral preferably
How to
In a food processor, mix the pecan nuts and maple syrup until you have a smooth pecan and maple paste. Add more maple syrup if needed. Keep paste refrigerated for your next pecanccinos.
Mix a tablespoon of pecan maple paste per espresso shot with a whisk or hand milk frother.
Heat and froth milk and serve with espresso like a regular cappuccino.
