Roasted Matcha Latte with maple syrup

Updated: Mar 31, 2023

Sweetened with happy maple, this Roasted Matcha Latte is the perfect way to start the day. Did you know that Matcha can give you sustained energy throughout the day and is therefore a great alternative for coffee.

This Roasted Matcha with notes of hazelnut, gingerbread and caramel develops a panel of gourmet aromas! Full-bodied in taste, the Roasted Matcha from Matcha Botanicals does a great pairing with happy maple Goût Robuste, as they both offer deep and well pronounced flavours. 🤎

Indulge in some of the best Matcha we've ever tried.

Ingredients for 1 Roasted Matcha Latte

  • 1/4 tsp Roasted Matcha from Matcha Botanicals

  • 1 tbsp happy maple Goût Robuste

  • 200ml oat milk or milk of choice

  • pecan nuts

How to

  1. Preheat the milk and 50ml of water to 75°C. If the kettle does not have a thermometer, simply mix your hot water with a bit of room temperature water so that the hot water does not burn the tea while brewing - this can affect the taste!

  2. Pour 2g of Roasted Matcha (1/4 teaspoon) into a bowl and mix with the 50ml of water. Beat with a whisk or a milk frother until the lumps disappear. Add happy maple Goût Robuste.

  3. Froth the milk until the foam is well mounted, pour everything into your transparent cup or a glass for a rendering 👌🤩

  4. Quickly whisk the matcha again before pouring it in a gentle stream into the cup containing the milk.

  5. Enjoy with a drizzle of maple syrup as well as grated pecan nut on top to complement the Roasted Matcha Latte with a caramel-like Goût Robuste finish. You can enjoy this drink warm or iced. Just replace the warm milk with cold milk and some ice.

  6. Enjoy and spread the word
