Maple Mustard Salad Dressing is the perfect addition to any salador vegetable dish adding a rich creamy flavour.
Ingredients
220g cooked chickpeas
150 steamed potatoes - cubed
1 regular cucumber or 5 mini cucumbers - cut into small cubes
A large handful of cherry tomatoes - thinly sliced
100g vegan feta cheese - crumbled
20g green olives - sliced
20g dates - sliced, pitted
Fresh mint leaves
Dressing
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon happy maple, goût délicat
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Combine all dressing ingredients and mix until well combined. Combine all vegetables and salad ingredients in a large bowl as you add-in the sauce. Top with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
