Thyme, coconut and maple syrup punch

A simple and delicious recipe for mild summer evenings with friends or just for yourself: thyme coconut maple syrup punch! High-quality ingredients and summery flavors for a drink full of natural antioxidants. This thyme, coconut and maple syrup punch recipe was inspired by Betty Bossi's punch recipe for Fooby Lausanne. We simply replaced the sugar with our high-quality organic maple syrup for a natural and unrefined version for a healthier everyday life.

Thymian-, Kokos- und Ahornsirup-Punsch

Ingredients for 1,5 litres Thyme, coconut and maple syrup punch

  • 2dl cold water

  • 50g ginger cut in slices

  • 5 Tbsp organic maple syrup, happy maple, rich or delicate taste

  • ½ sprig of thyme

  • Juice of 2 squeezed organic lemons

  • 1 sliced organic lemon

  • ice cubes


Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the ice cubes in a bowl or a pitcher.

  2. Store in the fridge for a few hours. Serve chilled with ice cubes and enjoy!

Tip

Replace 1dl water with 1dl Maribu for an alcoholic variant.
